- When reports or forms are generated, the following print options screen is presented
- The operator can select from one of the Print Queues as defined from the Print Queue Manager
- Reports may be generated and saved as a Microsoft Word document
- Reports may be generated and sent as an attachment to e-mailed recipients
- Reports may be generated and just displayed to the screen
- As a print job is being generated a progress bar is displayed
- A [Cancel] button is offered so the operator can cancel the generation of the report
