Table Select
This subroutine displays a new window, from which
the operator may select items from a grid list. Two lists are displayed.
The first is the list of items that can be selected; the second
is the list of items that has been selected. Selected items are
identified with a checkmark. Both the eligible items, and the selected
items are passed to/from the calling program using tables.
