Search Parameter Entry
This subroutine displays a new window, from which
the operator can enter options associated to performing a search.
A table of fields that can be searched is passed from the calling
program. The search field is entered in a drop down list that is
associated to a Recent Items list.

- Search String are stored so they can be recalled from
within other applications, or at a later time
