Recent Items Manager
This subroutine manages sets of recently accessed
or processed items. From your application, you may specify which
set of items you are working with, and add new items as required.
The subroutine keeps all items in a file. When an application initially
calls the routine, you may pass either a pointer to a table used
for a menu bar, or a handle of list box which will be populated
with the set of items. Up to 6 items are kept.

- Maintains a list of up to 10 thirty byte character strings
- Up to 999 different sets of items may be kept
- For each item a 35 byte key and a 30 byte description
is stored
- Will automatically populate either a GUI List Box, or
a Menu Bar
- Separate sets of lists are maintained for each user
