Date Lookup and Entry
This subroutine provides the operator with the
opportunity to select a specific date, or a date range, utilizing
a calendar, or a drop down list. First, when entering a date, the
application will display a calendar from which a date can be selected.
The second entry function provides for the selection of a date range.
A drop down list is displayed providing a number of typical date
ranges that can be selected.

- Simple entry of dates using a calendar reduces the chance
of operators entering bogus dates
