Application Menu Management Library
The Application Menu Management Library provides
support for the basic menu for any user developed application program.
It consists of the actual menu source program itself, and library
routines to define access rights for each user, and to define Favorite
and/or Scheduled menu items.
The menu, and each supporting access routines
are driven from a table that is defined for the application.

defined at the function level
- A User Monitor Utility can be launched that displays a
list of all active users in the application, showing which
function is being executed
